Marcus Jean Francois serves as the 2nd Vice President of the Cobb County Republican Assembly. He’s also been active in the  Cobb County Republican Party, serving as the Treasurer for precinct LM03. An entrepreneur and businessman, Marcus resides in Powder Springs.
